3.2 Selection process
1.
Resumes
You need to fill the CV form approved by our Company’s regulation. You must write your experience and provide information about your previous works.
2.
Preliminary interview
This interview will be done between Human Resource Manager and an applicant. The Human Resource Manager pays attention on how right you are answering, how well you are expressing your opinion. Further the Human Resource Manager makes a conclusion and introduces to his administration
3.
Final interview
This interview will be done between an applicant, administration of Human Resource Department and the administration of the Company ordered the vacancy
4.
Selection decision
Scores and conlcusions made during the start of CV submission are considered on decision making
